Smear 100% resin content exterior protecting layer as the set thickness. Pipeline solidified by the infrared enters the solidifying and maintaining phase. During the solidifying process, the running of the model should be kept in the fitting velocity, which assured the symmetrical solidifying. (2) Local intensify the stress concentration corner of the under back cover and the cylinder by using the short felt. Adjust the twist angle and the end plate ‘s wrap angle in order to suit the characteristic of the stress concentration. The wrap thickness of the under end plate is over 250mm and the wrap height of the cylinder is 400mm.

(3) Use the one high three more and recede twisting advance spurt. Spurt and eject the yarn, round and intercross twist alternately. By adjusting the inner rotate speed and fiber tension, we can guarantee the jar wall’s resin content. If the under end plate’s surface is not uprightness with the axes of the equipment, adjust the twister and twist parameter. The twist length of the intercross twist is larger than the equipment’s cylinder length in the integration intensifying. With the 1200 rotate of equipment’s principal part, twist yarn on the up and under end plate is in the style of bud wrap.

6. Assemble the pipe mouth. Orientate according to the drawing lineation and open hole to install the pipe.

7. Exterior protecting coat. After the completion of the whole production(including the fittings’ installation ), spurt and smear the protecting coat. Add the ultraviolet radiation absorbent and elasticizer to the aging resisting paint gum resin.

8. If it is a tower, we should cut the cylinder as the tower scale after the integer twisting, jointing the PVC cylinder flange and intensify them separately.
