Storage containers
Due to their low weight and high corrosion resistance, composite storage tanks are widely used to store corrosive materials. As an example of the use of composite tanks, we can mention the use of these tanks to store disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite in the water and wastewater industry. The use of metal tanks is not possible due to the high corrosion of hypochlorite. HB Composite production tanks weigh on average one third of the weight of equivalent steel tanks and at the same time offer a strength of three to six times their strength.

Other applications of composite storage tanks include the following:

  • Chemical storage
  • Ultra-pure water storage
  • food preservation
  • Emergency water source for health centers
  • Water source of fire extinguishing systems
  • Salt water storage
